Rosemary joined Northern Insuring Agency Inc in April of 1989. As Senior Vice President, Rosemary maintains a diverse clientele of business accounts, specializing in employee benefits. She is also responsible for Agency Sales Management for the Business Insurance, Life & Employee Benefits and Personal Insurance Divisions as well as Agency Benefits Administration & HR Compliance and Life & Employee Benefits marketing.  

Rosemary is a 28 year member of the Plattsburgh Rotary Club, and as such is a Past President, Rotarian of the Year and Paul Harris Fellow.  She  retired after 14 years from the Chazy Central Rural School Board of Education having served as a Board Member, Board Clerk, Vice President and President.  In her free time, Rosemary enjoys serving as a Volunteer Staff Counselor at Camp Ta Kum Ta in South Hero, VT; a camp for kids who have or have had cancer.  She serves on Camp Ta Kum Ta’s Board of Directors, Program Committee and Voluntary Management Committee.  In addition, she shares her time with Stepping Out for Your Heart an annual event that brings education and awareness to Women’s Heart Health.  

When the opportunity arose to create an Education Foundation to benefit Chazy Central Rural School, Rosemary immediately said yes when asked to help.  She currently serves as treasurer.
